Jill attended Illinois Central College in East Peoria, IL where she majored in marketing and management. She worked for eight years in the speech department at the Peoria Association for Retarded Citizens, Inc. (PARC) as a paraprofessional under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist and as the secretary to the Director of Communications at PARC.

She joined Speech and Language Rehabilitation Service, Ltd. as our office manager in March 1999.
